The Onkyo App does not work with my Samsung Galaxy S9 phone. Is this a problem with the App or my phone? Please help.

We are aware of a compatibility issue using our App with certain Samsung phones including the Galaxy S9 and S9+.  We are investigating the cause of the issue and a possible solution.  As soon as we have further information we will post updates on this page.
